Peet completes purchase of Brisbane Properties

Peet & Company Limited (Peet) (ASX: PPC) has now completed the purchase of five properties in Brisbane.

On 23 December 2004 Peet announced that contracts had been exchanged for the purchase of five properties in Brisbane Technology Park, Eight Mile Plains, Brisbane, for a price of $19,000,000. The vendor was Flexi Property Fund.

Peet now announces that the purchase was completed as at 18 February 2005. The properties are to be held in the newly established Peet Income Property Fund, which is to be an unlisted property fund for which a Product Disclosure Statement will be issued later in the year.

The properties purchased were 10, 15, 36, 69 Brandl Street and 7 Hi Tech Court, Eight Mile Plains
