Peet Chief Financial Officer Resignation / Acting CFO Appointment

Peet Limited today announced that Ms Michele Dolin has resigned from her role of Chief Financial Officer to pursue non-executive directorship roles.

Mr Len Troncone, who has been working with the Group on selected strategic and operational initiatives, has been appointed Acting Chief Financial Officer and will oversee Peet’s finance and administration function with the support of the Company’s long-serving Group Financial Controller.

Mr Troncone is a finance executive with more than 30 years’ experience in senior corporate and operational roles across a range of industries, including as Chief Financial Officer and/or Company Secretary of a number of publicly listed companies.

Mr Troncone’s experience in large-scale, project-related industries is particularly relevant to Peet Limited as the Company continues to grow its portfolio of land development projects across the Country.
