In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, Peet Limited (ASX: PPC) (“Peet” or “the Company”) announces that the 2022 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company will be held as a traditional AGM at the InterContinental Perth City Centre Hotel on Wednesday, 26 October 2022, commencing at 10.00am (AWST).
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 14.3 and rule 8.1(k) of the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Wednesday, 7 September 2022.
