In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, Peet Limited (ASX: PPC) (“Peet” or “the Company”) announces that the 2021 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 16 November 2021, commencing at 10.00am (AWST), 12.00pm (AEST), 1.00pm (AEDT).
Peet advises shareholders that it will hold a virtual AGM this year with more information on how to participate in the AGM to be provided when the Notice of Meeting is released in October 2021.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 14.3 and rule 8.1(k) of the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Tuesday, 28 September 2021.
