In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, Peet Limited (ASX: PPC) (“Peet” or “the Company”) announces that the 2020 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company will be held on Thursday, 19 November 2020, commencing at 10.00am (AWST), 12.00pm (AEST), 1.00pm (AEDT).

Due to the ongoing impact of the COVID-19 pandemic across Australia, Peet advises shareholders that it will hold a virtual AGM this year. The Board considered the safety of various stakeholders and the possibility of directors residing outside of WA not being able to attend in person in making the decision to hold the 2020 AGM virtually, rather than at a physical location. Shareholders will be provided with more information on how to participate in the AGM when the Notice of Meeting is released in October 2020.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 14.3 and rule 8.1(k) of the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Thursday, 1 October 2020.
