CANCELLATION OF GENERAL MEETING

We refer to the Notice of General Meeting sent to you by Peel Exploration Limited ( Peel ) on 20 March 2008.

Pursuant to a resolution passed by the majority of Directors of Peel, the Notice has been withdrawn and the General Meeting scheduled for 24 April 2008 has been cancelled. The Director’s are authorised to pass such a resolution under clause 11.3 of Peel’s Constitution.
