NON-RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS ISSUE DOCUMENTS DISPATCHED

Peel Mining Limited (ASX: PEX) (Peel or the Company) advises that the Prospectus detailing the one (1) for eight (8) fully underwritten non-renounceable Rights Issue (the offer) was today mailed to all eligible shareholders, together with the associated entitlement and acceptance forms. The offer was announced on the 7[th] September 2018 and the prospectus lodged with the ASX on the 11[th] September 2018.

As previously advised the closing date for acceptances and payment is 2.00pm (WST) 28[th] September 2018.
