The securities of Peel Mining Limited (the “Company”) will be suspended from quotation immediately, at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement regarding a capital raising.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, Peel Mining Limited (ASX: PEX) requests the Company’s securities be placed into voluntary suspension effective immediately, pending the release of an announcement regarding a capital raising.
The Company requests the securities remain in suspension until the earlier of the announcement or the commencement of trade on Thursday 9th November 2017.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted.
