RETIREMENT OF DIRECTOR

Peel Mining Limited (ASX:PEX) (Company) advises that non-executive director Mr Simon Hadfield has announced his intention to retire from the Peel Mining Limited Board at the Company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Mr Hadfield was a founding director of Peel Mining Limited in 2007 and served as the Company’s Chairman from 2008 to February 2022.

Commenting on his decision, Mr Hadfield said: “The past 15 years has been an exciting and rewarding experience, witnessing Peel evolve from a grassroots explorer to the threshold of mining development. It has been a privilege to work with a strong and loyal team over those years and to help guide the Company on its journey. I look forward to watching the Company continue its exciting journey.”

Peel Chairman Mr Mark Okeby said: “Simon has made an important contribution to the Company over his lengthy tenure as Chairman and Non-executive director. The Board sincerely thanks him for his unwavering service and stewardship of the Company from its listing in 2007, and we wish him all the best in his retirement.”
