APPOINTMENT AND RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY

Peel Mining Limited (ASX: PEX) wishes to advise shareholders that Mr Ryan Woodhouse, the Company’s Financial Controller, has been appointed as Company Secretary effective immediately. Mr Woodhouse’s appointment follows Mr David Lim’s resignation as Company Secretary.
