APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY

Peel Mining Limited (ASX: PEX) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr David Lim to the position of Company Secretary. On Mr Lim’s appointment, Mr Ryan Woodhouse, Peel’s current Company Secretary retires from this position and remains the company’s Financial Controller.

Mr Lim has over 16 years of experience in the resource sector, having worked for several ASX listed companies in finance and company administration roles.
