I hereby consent to the public filing by the Company of a Technical Report dated November 12, 2020 titled “Technical Report on the Voisey’s Bay West Property, Labrador NTS Sheets 042D01, D02 and D07 56°17’ N. Lat., 062°50’ W. Long., for Pedro Resources Ltd.” prepared by Mark Fekete, P. Geo and Derek Wilton, P. Geo. (the “ Technical Report ”) with all of the regulatory authorities having jurisdiction and publicly with the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR); and to the written disclosure of the Technical Report and extracts from or a summary of the Technical Report in written disclosure filed or being filed by the Company.

I, Mark Fekete, P. Geo., hereby consent to being named in the CSE Form 2A – Listing Statement of the Company dated October 29, 2021 (the “ Listing Statement ”) and to the use of the statements and opinions with respect to the Technical Report disclosure (the “ Disclosure ”) contained therein that I have reviewed the Disclosure set forth in the Listing Statement.

I hereby confirm that I have read the Listing Statement, including the Disclosure, and have no reason to believe that there are any misrepresentations in the information contained therein that is derived from the Disclosure or that is within my knowledge as a result of the services performed by me in connection with the Disclosure.
