Pebble Beach Systems Group plc (AIM: "PEB", "Pebble" or the "Group"), the global software company providing specialist automation solutions for the broadcast and streaming markets, announces that it has received notification from Tom Crawford, Non-Executive Chairman of the Group, that on 16 February 2026 he purchased in aggregate 94,209 ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 18.44 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following these purchases Tom Crawford holds 342,763 Ordinary Shares, which represents 0.275 per cent of Pebble's issued share capital.
