Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and The London Stock Exchange for block listings totalling 6,400,000 Ordinary shares of 25 pence each to trade on The London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to The Official List. The shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of the Company.

The Block listings consist of 3,500,000 shares to be issued under the Worldwide Save for Shares Plan and 2,900,000 shares to be issued under the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

It is expected that admission will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 8 June 2015.
