The Company hereby announces that Sally Johnson, Pearson's Chief Financial Officer, will be appointed to the Board of Rentokil Initial plc as a Non-Executive Director, Nomination Committee member and Audit Committee member with effect from 1 April 2023. Sally will also be appointed as Chair of the Audit Committee of Rentokil Initial plc with effect from 10 May 2023.

T his notification is made in accordance with LR 9.6.14 .
