Committee Changes

Pearson announces the following appointments to its committees with effect from 1 July 2019:

Sherry Coutu, a non-executive director of the Company, will be appointed as a member of the Remuneration and Nomination & Governance committees.

●

Graeme Pitkethly, a non-executive director of the Company, will be appointed as member of Audit and Reputation & Responsibility committees.

These notifications are made in accordance with LR 9.6.11.
