Director declaration

In accordance with LR 9.6.14, Pearson hereby announces that Robin Freestone, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, is to be appointed as a non-executive director of Moneysupermarket.com Group PLC with effect from 1 August 2015.

As previously announced on 27 February 2015, Mr Freestone will step down from the Pearson board and as Chief Financial Officer on 1 August 2015 and will be replaced by Coram Williams on that date.
