Director Declaration

The Company announces that its chairman, Glen Moreno, is to be appointed as a non-executive director of Virgin Money Holdings (UK) plc from 1 January 2015. Virgin Money has further announced that Mr Moreno will become chairman of that company in mid-2015.

This notification is made in accordance with LR 9.6.14.
