Appointment of Company Secretary

Pearson plc announces that Graeme Baldwin will be appointed SVP, General Counsel and Company Secretary with effect from 1 July, 2020.

Graeme joined Pearson in 2012 from the law firm Herbert Smith Freehills and has since served in a number of corporate and commercial positions within the legal team.

Stephen Jones will step down as Company Secretary with effect from 30 June, 2020.
