EXTENSION OF SHARE PURCHASE PLAN CLOSING DATE
Raisama Energy Limited (“Raisama”) advises that the closing date for applications to participate in the Company’s Share Purchase Plan, as announced on 7 March 2012, has been extended to Friday 13 April 2012 to enable shareholders sufficient additional time to submit their applications following the Easter holiday break.
The new timetable including the expected allotment date and trading dates is now as follows:
Offer closes: 5:00pm (AWST) Friday 13 April 2012 Allotment date: 23 April 2012 Trading date: 27 April 2012
