Resignation and appointment of Company Secretary
Peako Limited (ASX Code: PKO (Company) announces the resignation of Raewyn Clark as Company Secretary and the appointment of Rob Wright as her replacement. Mrs Clark remains a director of the Company.
Mr Wright is a senior financial professional with over 30 years of commercial experience in the resource, energy and manufacturing industries gained at various companies and locations, including fourteen years at BHP Billiton.
He is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the Company and is CFO and the Company Secretary for two other listed companies; Octanex Limited (ASX: OXX) and Enegex Limited (ASX: ENX). Mr Wright is a member of CPA Australia.
