APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR

Peak Oil & Gas Limited (“Peak”) is pleased to advise the appointment of Mrs Raewyn Clark as a Director of the Company.

Mrs Clark has more than fifteen years’ experience focussed primarily on the upstream oil and gas sector. Mrs Clark’s experience includes business development, financial modelling and analysis, capital raising and mergers and acquisitions as well as managing joint venture partners, government, regulator and investor relations.

Mrs Clark commenced her career with Deloitte and has worked with oil and gas companies since 2005. She has held the position of Company Secretary with Peak since March 2013.

Mrs Clark is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant in Australia and the Governance Institute of Australia.

Mrs Clark will add her specialist expertise and corporate experience to the Board and bring a wide range of operational, commercial and project development knowledge, as well as oil and gas industry experience, to the Company.

Mrs Clark is also a director of Octanex N.L.
