CEASING TO BE COMPANY SECRETARY
On March 1, 2013 Raisama Energy Limited (“Raisama” or “Company”) announced the appointment of Rae Clark as Company Secretary.
The Company wishes to confirm that, upon the conclusion of the contract between Lanza Holdings Pty Ltd (“Lanza”) and the Company on October 31, 2012, under which Mike Langoulant was contracted to provide Company Secretarial services amongst other things, the contract was not renewed.
The Company confirms the cessation of Mike Langoulant as Company Secretary and clarifies that Mrs Clark acts as sole Company Secretary.
