ASX Announcement I 29 October 2021 Althea Group Holdings (ASX:AGH)

29 October 2021: Althea Group Holdings Limited (ASX:AGH) (‘AGH’, or ‘the Company’) , a global leader in the manufacturing, sales and distribution of cannabis-based medicines and recreational cannabis products, advises that in accordance with Listing Rule 4.7C.3, and as noted in Item 6 of the Appendix 4C Cashflow Statement lodged by the Company with the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) on 19 October 2021, payments to related parties and their associates during the quarter ended 30 September 2021 were $185k. These payments related to the salary paid to Chief Executive Officer and fees paid to Non-Executive Directors.
