Description

The securities of Althea Group Holdings Limited (‘AGH’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of AGH, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 25 August 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt – Althea Group Holdings Limited (ASX: AGH)

Althea Group Holdings Limited ( Althea or the Company ) requests the immediate implementation of a trading halt in the ordinary shares of the Company, to apply from the commencement of trading on Monday, 23 August 2021 until the commencement of trading on Wednesday, 25 August 2021.

For the purpose of ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Althea provides the following information:

• (a) The trading halt is requested pending the release of an announcement regarding a capital raise by the Company;

• (b) Althea requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the announcement referred to above being released to the market and the commencement of trading on Wednesday, 25 August 2021; and

• (c) Althea is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted and of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
