Althea Group Holdings Limited (ASX: AGH) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Althea Group Holdings Limited (‘AGH’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of AGH, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 24 July 2019 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt – Althea Group Holdings Limited (ASX: AGH)

Althea Group Holdings Limited ( Althea or the Company ) requests the immediate implementation of a trading halt in the ordinary shares of the Company, to apply from the commencement of trading on 22 July 2019 until the commencement of trading on 24 July 2019 (or earlier as set out below).

For the purpose of ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Althea provides the following information:

• a) The trading halt is requested in connection with an acquisition and capital raise;

• b) Althea requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of Althea making an announcement to the market regarding the acquisition and capital raise and the commencement of trading on 24 July 2019; and

• c) Althea is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
