AGH Appoints Brian Mbesha as Chief Financial Officer

Althea Group Holdings Limited (ASX:AGH) ( AGH , or the Company ), a global leader in the manufacturing, sales and distribution of THC beverages, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Brian Mbesha as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective 9 June 2025 .

Mr. Mbesha will be based at Peak Processing Solutions’ facility in Windsor, Ontario, the operational headquarters of AGH’s North American business.

An experienced CFO and financial leader, Mr. Mbesha brings over two decades of senior finance roles across North America. He has held multiple CFO-level positions in both the private and public sectors, including a senior financial role at Driven Brands Inc. and Linamar Corporation, as well as leadership roles at KPMG International and Deloitte Canada. His extensive experience spans manufacturing, contract services, and multi-entity financial management.

With a proven track record of improving profitability through financial systems optimisation, cost control, and operational efficiency. Mr. Mbesha has successfully supported businesses through periods of growth, acquisition, and transformation, and has led finance functions spanning both Canadian and U.S. operations.

Mr. Mbesha is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA), and holds an MBA in Finance from Heriot-Watt University.

His expertise into scalable financial operations, governance, and performance management make him wellsuited to serve as CFO of an ASX-listed public company. .
