Peach Property Group plans bond issue to raise up to 50 million euros

• 6.6% p.a. coupon; five-year term

Zurich, 6 July 2011 - Peach Property Group, a leading developer of
high-quality residential property in German-speaking Europe, is planning to
issue a corporate bond on the German capital market. With volume up to EUR
50 million, the bond will pay interest of 6.6% per annum over a five-year
term. Issuer is the Group's German subsidiary, Peach Property Group
(Deutschland) GmbH.

The funds raised by the loan are to be used to support the company's future
growth on the German market. The main emphasis is on financing existing and
new projects, building up portfolio properties and optimising the structure
of the company's finance. CEO Thomas Wolfensberger comments: 'Peach
Property Group has established itself in Germany as a major provider of
top-quality properties. We know this market and discern attractive
potential here - both for project development and for building up a
portfolio of existing properties with good returns. The proceeds of the
bond will lay the foundation for us to tap this potential.'

BaFin, the German federal financial supervisory authority, approved the
bond issue on 1 July 2011. The subscription period, in which accrued
interest is not payable, runs from 4 to 15 July 2011. The bond is being
placed jointly with ACON Actienbank as structuring partner and will be
