Peach Property Group announces change to the Board of Directors

• Dr. Corinne Wohlfahrt nominated to the Board of Directors at the
  General Meeting of 11 May 2012.

• Christian Kühni not seeking re-election.

Zurich, 13 March 2012 - The Board of Directors of Peach Property Group AG,
a leading developer of high-quality residential properties in
German-speaking Europe, will nominate Dr. Corinne Wohlfahrt as a new member
of the Board at the Ordinary General Meeting of 11 May 2012. Current Board
member Christian Kühni will not be seeking re-election, due to his new
appointment as COO of IVG Immobilien AG, one of Europe's largest property
companies.

Corinne Wohlfahrt (1966) has been working on a self-employed basis in the
Private Equity domain for some ten years. Amongst other things, she holds
and manages holdings in the areas of real estate (Switzerland, Germany and
Singapore), biotechnology, water rights and production in the photo
laboratory technology field. She possesses profound knowledge of the German
market. In her role as M&A specialist, she advised Peach Property Group on
major transactions, including the takeover of the development activities of
Vivacon AG in 2009.

Prior to that, she enjoyed a long international career in the publishing
industry; appointments included managerial positions at Julius Springer in
Germany and the Bertelsmann Group in the USA. She also has longstanding
experience in Germany thanks to her previous involvement in the
privatisation team at Treuhandanstalt Berlin and its subsidiary TOB.
Corinne Wohlfahrt completed a law degree from the University of St. Gallen
where she also earned her doctorate. She is of Swiss nationality.

wish him every success in his new role as COO of IVG. At the same time, I
