Peach Property Group extends management team in Germany: Carsten Kipping appointed as new CFO
Zurich, 25 September 2012 – Peach Property Group AG, a leading developer of top-quality residential property in the German-speaking region of Europe, is extending the management team of its German subsidiary, Peach Property Group (Deutschland) GmbH. The newly created post of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) reflects both the marked growth of the company’s activities in Germany and its plans for expansion. The new post is to be filled on 1 October 2012 through the appointment of Carsten Kipping (45), who will also take a seat on the Peach Property Group (Deutschland) GmbH board of management.
Carsten Kipping has gained extensive experience in Germany and at an international level. The past ten years have seen him in the role of CFO for highly regarded portfolio companies controlled by private equity firms. He has been, for instance, the CFO of the Kobusch Group, Navico Holding and Leybold Optics with responsibility for refinancing transactions involving volumes of up to EUR 150 million. Prior to that, he spent six years with McKinsey & Company as their Engagement Manager in Germany and Brazil. Carsten Kipping qualified as a business graduate at the WHU – Koblenz School of Corporate Management.
