F1: Due to a calculation error, an incorrect conversion ratio that did not account for 27 days of compounding interest was used when the Series A Convertible Preferred Stock beneficially owned by the Reporting Persons was converted on April 3, 2017. This resulted in the Reporting Persons having beneficial ownership over 1,590 more shares of Common Stock than previously reported.
