With reference to the captioned subject, we hereby inform you that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on May 10, 2023 has approved the allotment of 55,500 (Fifty-Five Thousand Five Hundred Only) Equity Shares of ₹ 2/- (Rupees Two Only) each on May 10, 2023, to the employees of the Company and its subsidiaries, who have had exercised stock options vested under PDS Limited (Erstwhile PDS Multinational Fashions Limited) – Employee Stock Option Plan 2021 – Plan A.

Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the Issued, Subscribed and Paid-up Capital of the Company has increased from existing ₹26,18,55,440/- [13,09,27,720 Equity Shares divided into Face Value of ₹2/- each] to ₹26,19,66,440/- [13,09,83,220 Equity Shares divided into Face Value of ₹2/- each].
