Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the Issued, Subscribed and Paid-up Capital of the Company has increased from existing ₹26,23,93,940/- [13,11,96,970 Equity Shares divided into Face Value of ₹2/- each] to ₹26,25,73,940 /- [13,12,86,970 Equity Shares divided into Face Value of ₹2/- each]. The requisite disclosure as required under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021 are enclosed herewith as Annexure – I for your kind reference.
