Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the Issued, Subscribed and Paid-up Capital of the Company has increased from existing ₹₹26,25,73,940/- [13,12,86,970 Equity Shares divided into Face Value of ₹2/- each] to ₹26,30,15,690/- [13,15,07,845 Equity Shares divided into Face Value of ₹2/- each].
