In continuation to our letter PDS/SE/2024-25/122 dated March 27, 2025, wherein we informed about the further investment by the Company in equity shares of NexStyle Apparel Manufacturing Limited (“NexStyle”), a wholly owned subsidiary, for an total amount of INR 44,25,00,000/-. In this connection we further inform that the Company has made an investment of INR 44,25,00,000/- and NexStyle has allotted 4,42,50,000 Equity Shares of INR 10 each at par on March 28, 2025.
