	Brief profile (in case of appointment)	Prakhar is a seasoned HR professional with 17+ years of cross-sector experience spanning Consulting, Education, Technology, and BFSI. He last served as Head of HR at Toppr Technologies, an ed- tech startup, where he led the HR function for a workforce of over 3,000 employees. Prior to this, he was Assistant Director at Ernst & Young, part of the Rewards and Performance function. His earlier stints include roles at Infosys Technologies and HDFC Life. Prakhar holds an engineering degree in Information Technology and a Master’s in Human Resources. At PDS, Prakhar will focus on strengthening global strategic HR initiatives to support long-term growth and capability building.	Mohit Sharma is a seasoned technology leader with 24+ years of global experience across Thailand, China, Geneva, the UK, and Europe. He specializes in digital transformation, IT strategy, and enterprise-level Agile Operating Models. Mohit has led large- scale implementations of platforms like Salesforce CRM, SAP, websites, and e- commerce solutions, while building shared services and aligning IT with business goals. He has managed tech investments exceeding $50M and led matrix teams of 200+ IT professionals. Before joining PDS Limited, Mohit held leadership roles at Bacardi, HT Media, and Kohler. In his most recent role as IT Director – UK & Europe, he drove regional digitization across go-to-market technologies, Industry 4.0, SAP rollouts, and enterprise data analytics.
