Further to our letter dated 12'h December, 2016 and 4th November, 2016 in connection with sale/Transfer of Company's Product- Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) with its registered Copyrights.

We would like to inform you that the Company has entered into an amendment agreement with 'Medprecinct Solutions Private Limited' on 18th April, ²⁰¹⁹ for reduction of the total consideration from Rs. 1,25,00,000 (Rupees One Crore Twenty Five lakhs only) to Rs. 1,00,00,000 (Rupees One Crore only) for the aforesaid Product (LIMS) and concluded the said Transaction.
