With profound sorrow and grief, we regret to inform you that Shri Girish Mohanlal Dave (DIN:00036455), Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company, passed away today as on Monday, the 16th August, 2021.

Accordingly, he ceases to be Director of the Company with effect from the aforesaid date. Shri Girish Mohanlal Dave was appointed on the Board of the Company on the 29th September, 1995, and during his tenure the Company immensely benefitted from his leadership. His untimely and sad demise will be an irreparable loss to the Company. The Company, its Directors and Management extend their deep sympathy and condolences to his family.
