PCI Biotech: Minutes from Annual General Meeting 2014

The Annual General Meeting in PCI Biotech Holding ASA was held 13 May 2014. All

propositions according the call were approved. Minutes of the Annual General

Meeting is attached (in Norwegian only).

In the Annual General Meeting, Hilde H. Steineger was elected new Board Member

of PCI Biotech Holding ASA.

Hilde H. Steineger (b. 1966) is a Norwegian citizen with a PhD in medical

biochemistry and with over 20 years experience in the intersection of research

and commercialization from different parts of the pharmaceutical industry. She

has since 2009 worked in Pronova, now part of the BASF Group, where she is

currently Head of Global Omega-3 Innovation Management. She began her career at

Nycomed Pharma in 1999, first in clinical development and then with

international marketing. In 2001, she was an analyst at Nordea responsible for

coverage of the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries on the Oslo Stock

Exchange and Copenhagen Stock Exchange. After a period as an independent

consultant (2003-2005) she became a senior associate in Neomed Management, an

international investment company with focus on the health industry. Hilde also

has extensive board experience in the pharmaceutical industry (including Algeta

ASA and Clavis Pharma ASA) and she currently has two other board positions in

the sector: Cortendo AB and Weifa AS.
