NDS communication regarding the registration in the deposit ofsecurities of series E and series F ordinary bearer sharesWithreference to the current report No. 33/2023 dated 12 July 2023 and thecurrent report No. 34/2023 dated 17 July 2023, the Management Board ofPCF Group S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company")hereby informs that on 18 July 2023 it obtained information on theissuance by the National Depository of Securities (Krajowy DepozytPapierów Wartościowych S.A.; the "NDS") on 18 July 2023 of the NDScommunication regarding the registration in the securities deposit of atotal of 3,479,141 series E and series F ordinary bearer shares, with anominal value of PLN 0.02 each (the "Shares").

The Shares will be registered under ISIN code PLPCFGR00010.

The Shares will be registered in the securities deposit of the NDS on 19July 2023.
