The Management Board of PCF Group S.A. with its registered office inWarsaw (the "Company") hereby informs that on 15 December 2020 theCompany became aware that the Management Board of the Warsaw StockExchange (Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A.; the "WSE")adopted a resolution No. 981/2020 dated 15 December 2020 regarding theadmittance of the following securities of the Company to trading on theWSE main market:

2,062,512 (two million sixty-two thousand five hundred and twelve)series A ordinary bearer shares with a nominal value of PLN 0.02 each;

25,437,488 (twenty-five million four hundred and thirty-seven thousandfour hundred and eighty-eight) series A shares with a nominal value ofPLN 0.02 each provided that they are conversed into ordinary bearershares;

2,062,512 (two million sixty-two thousand five hundred and twelve)series B ordinary bearer shares with a nominal value of PLN 0.02 eachprovided that the increase of the share capital of the Company throughtheir issuance is registered; and

2,062,512 (two million sixty-two thousand five hundred and twelve)rights to series B ordinary bearer shares with a nominal value of PLN0.02 each.

The resolution came into force upon its adoption.
