Report Content Commencement by PCF Group S.A. of negotiations towards the conclusion ofa cooperation agreementThe Management Board of PCF Group S.A.with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company") hereby informs thatin reference to a proposal for a statement of work along with servicesagreement regarding cooperation in the production of a video game(together the "Cooperation Agreement") received on 20 December 2025 froma reputable publisher, after thorough assessing the aforementionedproposal for the Cooperation Agreement, on 23 December 2025 the Companydecided to commence negotiations to conclude the Cooperation Agreement.

The above decision of the Company is in line with the update of theStrategy of the Company and the People Can Fly capital group announcedby the Company on 31 January 2023, according to which if there arecommercially attractive opportunities for cooperation with reputablepartners in the work-for-hire model, then the Company will take fulladvantage of them. The Cooperation Agreement, which is the subject ofnegotiations, provides that works on the video game (the "Product") areto be performed in the work-for-hire model, i.e. by the Company as adeveloper as commissioned by and for the Publisher, in return for whichthe developer will receive the agreed remuneration from the Publisher.

The scope and terms of the negotiated Cooperation Agreement do notdiffer substantially from the terms of services agreements typicallyconcluded for this type of project.

The conclusion of the Cooperation Agreement will be announced by theCompany in a separate current report.

The Management Board of the Company also informs that commencement ofnegotiations to conclude by the Company of the Cooperation Agreementdoes not mean that the conclusion of the Cooperation Agreement will takeplace.
