Conditional registration in the deposit of securities of series E andseries F ordinary bearer sharesThe Management Board of PCF GroupS.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company") hereby informsthat on 12 July 2023 it obtained information on the conditionalregistration on 12 July 2023 by the National Depository of Securities(Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A.; the "NDS") of 136,104series E ordinary bearer shares with a nominal value of PLN 0.02 each(the "Series E Shares") and 3,343,037 series F ordinary bearer shareswith a nominal value of PLN 0.02 each (the "Series F Shares"), underISIN code PLPCFGR00010, provided that they are admitted to trading onthe regulated market on which other Company's shares under the same ISINcode are admitted.

An announcement on the registration of the Series E Shares and theSeries F Shares will be published in the NDS operating communication.
