Report Content Notification of exceeding the threshold in significant shareholdingsTheManagement Board of PCF Group S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw(the "Company") hereby announces that on 3 June 2026 it received anotification concerning the crossing of a threshold in significantshareholdings from Mr. Sebastian Wojciechowski submitted pursuant toArticle 69(2)(2) of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering,Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments toOrganised Trading, and Public Companies.

According to the notification, as a result of the registration on 2 June2026 in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register ofan increase in the Company's share capital through the issuance of3,476,916 ordinary bearer series I shares of the Company (the "New IssueShares"), the total number of votes at the Company's General Meetingincreased by 3,476,916 votes to 46,087,187 votes in total (the "CapitalIncrease").

In connection with the foregoing, Mr. Sebastian Wojciechowski notifiedthat, as a result of the Capital Increase registration, his share in thetotal number of votes at the Company's General Meeting decreased fromca. 38.79% to ca. 35.87%, i.e. by ca. 2.93% in the total number of votes.
