(the "Company") informs that on 20March 2025 the Company received a notification from Bartosz Biełuszkobased on Art. 69 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering,Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments toOrganized Trading, and Public Companies regarding a change of share inthe share capital and in the total number of votes in the Company.
