List of shareholders holding at least 5% of the total number of votes atthe Extraordinary General Meeting of PCF Group S.A. held on 7 August2023The Management Board of PCF Group S.A. with its registered office inWarsaw (the "Company") hereby submits the list of shareholders holdingat least 5% of the total number of votes at the Extraordinary GeneralMeeting (the "EGM") held on 7 August 2023.

Shareholders:

1. Sebastian Wojciechowski _#8722; 14,969,480 votes at the EGM which represent44.78% of the total number of votes and 51.90% of votes at the EGM;

2. Krafton Inc. - 3,342,937 votes at the EGM which represent 10.00% ofthe total number of votes and 11.59% of votes at the EGM;

3. Bartosz Kmita _#8722; 2,579,910 votes at the EGM which represent 7.72% ofthe total number of votes and 8.94% of votes at the EGM;

4. Krzysztof Dolaś - 1,815,862 votes at the EGM which represent 5.43% ofthe total number of votes and 6.30% of votes at the EGM;

5. Bartosz Biełuszko - 1,805,936 votes at the EGM which represent 5.40%of the total number of votes and 6.26% of votes at the EGM.
