Sub:- Outcome of the Board Meeting

Further to our letters dated 6[th ] January, 2021 and 16[th ] January, 2021, we wish to inform you that pursuant to Regulations 30 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015 (referred to as the "SEBI Listing Regulations"), the Board of Directors of the Company, at its Meeting held today, i.e. 20[th ] January, 2021, has inter alia, approved the following:-

i) Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company along with the Limited Review Report for the quarter and nine months ended 31[st ] December, 2020;

ii) Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company along with the Limited Review Report for the quarter and nine months ended 31[st ] December, 2020;

I iii) Declaration of an Interim Dividend@ JS-0 % , i.e. Rs. 1- !- per equity share of Rs. 2/- each, for !Ii) financial year ending 31[81 ] March, 2021 and fixation of Tuesday, 2 [nd ] February, 2021 as the Record Date for th� purpose of payment of the afore-said Interim Dividend.

The Meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 2:30 P.M. and concluded at �·(TT) P.M.
