F1: On September 10, 2021, Patricia Gallup, as the sole remaining trustee of the 1998 PC Connection Voting Trust (the Voting Trust), directed the Voting Trust be liquidated and the shares held of record by the Voting Trust be transferred to Ms. Gallup and the reporting person as the holders of all of the outstanding Voting Trust Receipts, which was completed on September 21, 2021.

F2: Patricia Gallup, as the executor of the reporting person, has both voting and investment power over any shares held by the reporting person, and therefore may be deemed to beneficially own the shares held of record by the reporting person.
