SUB: INTIMATION OF BOARD MEETING TO BE HELD FOR APPROVING THE UNAUDITED STANDALONE AND CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE QUARTER/NINE MONTHS PERIOD ENDED ON 31[ST] DECEMBER 2022.
- 1.) Pursuant to the regulation 29(1)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby give intimation that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, the 13[th] February 2023 at the Corporate Office of the company situated at 8[th] Floor, Ramakrishna Chambers, Productivity Road, Alkapuri, Vadodara – 390007 to conduct the following business along with the other agendas.
“TO APPROVE THE UNAUDITED STANDALONE AND CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL RESULTS OF THE COMPANY FOR THE QUARTER/NINE MONTHS PERIOD ENDED ON 31[ST] DECEMBER 2022”.

Further, It is informed that in accordance with the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company has already been closed for all the Designated Persons/ Insiders for a period starting from 1[st] January, 2023 and will remain closed till forty-eight (48) hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company i.e. upto 15[th] February, 2023.
