Pursuant to the regulation 29(1)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is will be held on Friday, the 14[th ] February, 2020 at 11:00 A. M. at the Corporate Office of the company situated at 8[th ] Floor, Ramakrishna Chambers, Productivity Road, Alkapuri, Vadodara - 390005 to transact the following business, along with the other usual agenda:-
"TO APPROVE THE UNAUDITED STANDALONE AND CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL RESULTS OF THE COMPANY FOR THE QUARTER / YEAR TO DATE ENDED[3] 1[ST ] DECEMBER, 2019".

Further, It is informed that in accordance with the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company has already been closed for all Designated Employee(s)/Insiders for a period starting from 1st January, 2020 and will remain to be closed till forty-eight ( 48) hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company i.e. up to 16th February, 2020 for the quarter ended 31[st ] December, 2019.
